			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PPS, English name: Phenylene sulfide, it has a hard and brittle, high crystallinity, flame retardant, thermal stability, high mechanical strength, excellent electrical properties and so on. PPS is heat-resistant engineering plastic in one of the best varieties, heat distortion temperature is greater than 260 degrees, after the chemical resistance of PTFE, liquidity after the nylon. In addition, it has the mold shrinkage of small (about 0.08%), low water absorption (about 0.02%), weight: 1.36 grams / cubic centimeter, molding shrinkage rate: 0.7%, the molding temperature :300-330 ℃, fire good shock resistance and good fatigue resistance.<span id="more-900"></span><br />
PPS plastic widely used in:</p>
<p>Electronics: the TV, computer, high-voltage components, <a href="http://www.microbuzzer.com">buzzer</a> shell, socket, terminal, the motor starter coil, leaf, brush holder and rotor insulation parts, contact switches, relays, electric iron, hair dryer, lamp , heater, F-class film, etc..</p>
<p>Automotive Industry: For the exhaust gas recirculation valve and pump impeller, and the carburetor, exhaust, exhaust valve, light reflector, bearing, sensing components.</p>
<p>Machinery industry: used as bearings, pumps, valves, pistons, precision gears, as well as copiers, cameras, computer parts, catheters, sprayer, nozzle, spare parts and other instruments.</p>
<p>Chemical industry: production of acid and alkali used in the valve pipe, fittings, valves, gaskets and impeller submersible pumps or other corrosion-resistant parts.</p>
<p>PPS plastic molding properties</p>
<p>1. Amorphous material, moisture absorption is small, but it should dry molding.</p>
<p>2. Mobility between ABS and PC between the fast solidification, shrinkage and decomposition, use a higher injection pressure and injection speed. Mold temperature of 100-150 degrees obtained. Main channel taper should be large, flow should be short.</p>
<p>PPS plastic drawback is brittleness, poor toughness, impact resistance strength is low, since improved, access is excellent overall performance, the products sold are the improved product.</p>
<p>PPS plastic material properties</p>
<p>1, electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation) fine, white hard and brittle, fall on the ground with metal sound, light transmittance after the plexiglass, color of water resistance and chemical stability. Has excellent flame resistance, as non-combustible plastic.</p>
<p>2, the general strength, good rigidity, but the crisp, easy to produce brittle fracture stress, impatience benzene. Gasoline and other organic solvents. Long-term use temperatures up to 260 degrees, 400 degrees in the air or nitrogen to maintain stability. By adding glass fiber or other reinforcing material modification, can greatly enhance the impact strength, heat resistance and other mechanical properties also increased, density increased to 1.6-1.9, mold shrinkage is suitable for small to 0.15-0.25% production of heat-resistant parts, insulating parts and chemical equipment, optical instruments and other components.</p>
