Parameters of the speaker is the speaker using a dedicated test system for testing out various performance parameters of the speaker specific values.
The common parameters include: Z, Fo, η 0, SPL, Qts, Qms, Qes, Vas, Mms, Cms, Sd, BL, Xmax, Gap gauss.
Z: is the speaker’s resistance, including: Rated impedance and DC resistance. (Unit: ohms / ohm), usually refers to the rated impedance.
Speaker’s rated impedance Z: impedance curve shall be behind the first maximum of the minimum impedance modulus, which is the benchmark for calculating electric power speaker.
DC Resistance DCR: is the coil in the voice coil under static conditions, through a DC signal, and test out the impedance. We usually say 4 or 8 ohms Europe is rated impedance.
Fo (the lowest resonance frequency): is the speaker impedance curve of the first maximum corresponds to the frequency. Unit: hertz (Hz).
